Title should clearly identify the abstract's nature
Name and location where work was undertaken must appear
Underline the name of the presenting author
Structure: Introduction · Aims · Methods · Results · Discussion
Maximum 300 words in the abstract body
Single-spacing, Times New Roman, font size 11
Up to 1 image and 1 table allowed (at bottom)
No references permitted

Important Notes

Abstract must be original and unpublished
Not previously presented at any national/international conference
Selection subject to Scientific Committee approval
5 best papers per category selected as Oral Papers
Remaining may be selected for Poster Presentation
Acceptance notifications by mid-November 2026
Presenting author must register by 31 October 2026
Copyright transfers to organizing committee upon submission
